​A moderate 60 minute uphill hike through a beautiful jungle landscape gets you to the 12th fall where the real fun begins!

​From that point we head back down-river where you hike, jump, slide and swim your way through a series of spectacular waterfalls and canyons, emerging with a silly grin on your face and memories to cherish! The tour includes the park’s two biggest jumps of up to 25ft but don't worry, there are walk-arounds if you don't want to jump. 

Once we’re out of the river we hike back to the visitor center to change clothes and enjoy an authentic Dominican Lunch Buffet before heading back to port.

A slightly challenging 60 minute uphill hike through a beautiful jungle landscape gets us to the 12th fall where the real fun begins! Experience the rush of 5 exciting zip lines plus 2 suspension bridges to get down to the 7th fall.  Here you'll switch to cascading down-river as you jump, slide and swim your way through a series of spectacular waterfalls and canyons. An experience you won't soon forget. 

Back at the visitor center you'll change clothes, enjoy a quick, delicious Dominican lunch buffet (vegetarian friendly) then get back on the transport and head to port with local rum drink(s) in hand.

​Important Information For Both Options

  • Rated Beginner with reasonable fitness. Previous experience is not necessary.
  • Minimum age 8
  • Bring tennis or river shoes, swimwear, a towel and a change of clothes. Water shoes do not work.
  • You may bring your own WATERPROOF and shatter resistant cell phone, camera or Go Pro.  Please note that the helmets do not have Go Pro mounts.  We highly recommend hiring a Damajagua photographer/videographer so you can just relax and have fun!
  • We strongly recommend ladies wear a swimsuit with a pair of shorts over top, this helps avoid scrapes and bumps from the water slides at the waterfalls.
  • Maximum weight for zip lines 275 lbs /118kg
  • Slightly challenging hike to the falls and a moderate amount of walking at the zip lines. 
  • Children and youth must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Guests with recent surgery (less than 6 months), heart or respiratory conditions, back, neck or knee problems, pregnant women, and guests under any medication that carries a warning of any mental or physical impairment may not take this tour. 
  • The tour leaves 45 minutes after your ship’s gangplank goes down and you are allowed to disembark. Please get off the ship as quickly as possible and make your way to the meeting point outside the port.  You will receive detailed instructions after booking.
